Terms of Use

Effective October 14, 2026

KindredGospel is operated by Dynamic Design and Manufacturing LLC (“we,” “us”). These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and us. By creating an account, checking “I agree,” or using KindredGospel, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use KindredGospel.

Please read Section 12 carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration and waives class actions and jury trials, unless you opt out within 30 days.

1. Who can use KindredGospel

You must be at least 13 years old and give your real date of birth. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you, and they are responsible for your use of KindredGospel. Members under 18 have extra protections described in our Safety Center. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for everything done through your account.

2. Community guidelines

  • Be kind. Respectful disagreement is welcome; attacking people, other churches, denominations or faiths is not.
  • No nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, hate symbols, threats or harassment.
  • Never seek a romantic, sexual or secret relationship with a minor, or ask a minor for photos, contact details or to meet.
  • No requests for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or payment links, and no scams, spam or fake accounts.
  • Don't impersonate others or falsely claim to represent a church, ministry or KindredGospel.
  • Don't share other people's private information without permission.
  • Don't break the law, or try to hack, overload, scrape or get around KindredGospel's safety features.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and share it with the audience you choose, and as needed to operate, improve and promote KindredGospel. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it. We use automated checks and human moderators, but we don't review everything and aren't responsible for content posted by members, churches or pages.

4. Your choices and your risk

Your use of KindredGospel is voluntary and at your own risk. You alone decide what to share, whom to connect with, what to believe or act on, and whether to meet anyone, attend any church, group or event, give money, or follow any advice you find here. Members, churches and pages are not our employees or agents, and we do not screen, endorse or guarantee them, even if they display a verified badge. Use good judgment, meet in public places, and never send money to people you don't know.

Disputes with others are between you and them. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Dynamic Design and Manufacturing LLC and its owners, officers, employees and volunteers from claims, damages and losses of any kind arising out of or related to the conduct, content, events, meetings or services of other members, churches, pages, advertisers or third parties, online or in person.

5. Churches, events and livestreams

Church listings come partly from OpenStreetMap and members, and may be incomplete or out of date. A verified badge means we confirmed the person managing the listing serves at that church — it is not an endorsement of any church's teaching, safety or conduct. Events, gatherings, small groups and livestreams are run by their organizers, not by us.

6. Not professional advice

KindredGospel offers Scripture, encouragement and community — not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or pastoral counseling services. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, find a local helpline at findahelpline.com, or call your local emergency number.

7. Ads, links and other services

KindredGospel is free and supported by ads. Ads, links, videos, streaming services and websites from others are their responsibility, governed by their own terms, and not endorsed by us.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

KINDREDGOSPEL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT KINDREDGOSPEL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT (INCLUDING CHURCH INFORMATION, AUDIO, OR AUTOMATED SAFETY CHECKS) IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR EFFECTIVE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, DYNAMIC DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO KINDREDGOSPEL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some places don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic Design and Manufacturing LLC and its owners, officers, employees and volunteers from any claims, damages, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of KindredGospel, your interactions with others, or your breaking these Terms or the law.

11. Time limit for claims

To the extent allowed by law, any claim relating to KindredGospel must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

12. Dispute resolution: informal first, then individual arbitration

Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us through our Contact page and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.

Arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute relating to KindredGospel or these Terms will be resolved by final, binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Oklahoma or by video. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

Class action and jury waiver. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join any class, collective or representative action.

Opt-out. You can opt out of arbitration by sending us a message through the Contact page titled “Arbitration opt-out” within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. If this section is found unenforceable, the courts described in Section 13 will decide the dispute.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the Federal Arbitration Act. Any case not subject to arbitration will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Ending your account

You can stop using KindredGospel at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms or puts others at risk. Sections 3–4 and 8–15 survive after your account ends.

15. Changes and the rest

We may update these Terms. When we make important changes we'll change the date above and ask you to agree again before you keep using KindredGospel. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about KindredGospel. Questions?
